Théa joined Fraser in summer 2024 as Charter Management Assistant.
She obtained her BBA in Hospitality Management from the GLION Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland before pursuing her Master's in Marketing at the EU Business School in Barcelona. Throughout her academic journey, she completed various internships, including one at the Divan Hotel in Istanbul (Turkey), where she managed overall marketing activities. She also worked at the Monaco 360 Pavilion for the Expo 2020 in Dubai, coordinating events, and at the Yacht Club of Monaco as an Administrative Assistant Manager in the Sports Section.
Before joining Fraser, Théa joined the Hotel Port Palace in Monaco as an Executive and Marketing Assistant. In this role, she was responsible for creating visual media content for the press and events, organizing and coordinating events and managing social media.
